What brand of tires should I get for an F-150?

I'm a girl and I drive a big truck, and I need to replace the tires. I typically get taken advantage of whenever I go to auto mechanics or bodyshops or oil-change places, so I want to do a little of my own research before I just go somewhere and buy tires. What brands are good to look for? I'd like a versatile, sporty-looking all terrain tire. I live in a decently warm climate so weather isn't a huge deal, although I'd prefer something that can handle snow pretty well when I go home. I don't do hardly any off-roading. I'd definitely like an all-terrain tire though. I've heard of these BFG A/T's? or the General Grabber? I just don't know anything about what I'm looking at. Thanks for your help!!!
