How can i convince my parents to move?

I live in North Carolina and I HATE IT HERE!!!!!!!!!!! It's un bearably hot and the most snow we got last winter was 3 inch's. We live in Fayetteville, and this town is so small I think I am going to go crazy ! There's only like 200,000 people here!! I want to move someware that is cold and has snow with all 4 seasons but is a large city. I also can not stand the accents here! I am only 12, so how can i convince my parents to move us someware else?
