Am I possibly pregnant?

Ok, I had my tubes tied, (like cut and singed) about 15 months ago. Yet, now I am 5 days late on my period. And, I have been having bad heartburn, slight nausea when I get hungry, and slightly more vaginal discharge than normal. I did take a test on Saturday, and at first (after about 10 min) I thought it was negative, but than like an hour later just outa curiosity I glanced at it again and there was a VERY light slight positive line.. Is this all possibly pointing towards being pregnant?!
