Is the NFL HOF Polluted?

I feel like there are a lot of deserving guys left out & a lot of guys who should be out are in. For instance I think Marv Levy & Bud Grant deserve to be in but why not Dan Reeves? He had more wins than the other 2. Why Troy Aikman & Terry Bradshaw but not John Hadl & Boomer Esiason? If you ask me the HOF is losing it's luster once you put a babysitter QB like Aikman in there. Anybody else agree?
