I've got another riddle for ya :)?

A smoking grandma (who happens to be eighty two), a pyromaniac kid (who has an "animal cruelty" record) and an eight year old playing with a lighter (who's allergic to cats) are all in a room with dynamite. The grandma falls asleep with the cigar in her hand snoring, the boy lights a match and drops it accidentally the eight year old flicks on the lighter sneezing. Suddenly dynamite is on fire. They all Try to put it out but they didn't catch it in time. The flame singed all the way to the end of the tail, but nothing happens, no explosion. Who lit it, and why didn't it explode?
