I am looking for the name of a short film that took place in a very polluted future?

I once saw a short film that took place in a future where everyone wore white clothes and face masks and every morning there was a lady over a loud speaker that told everyone what kind of clothes to wear based on the pollution that day and no one touched each other because of all the pollution and disease but I cannot remember what it is called. I am almost positive the main character's name was Sophie. Does it sound familiar to anyone?
