BFBC2 Trophy collection help?

since PSN has been down for 3 weeks coming up to a month i decided to collect all of the trophies for Bad Company 2, i have all the multiplayer and only need 3 more trophies from singe player. One is demolish 50 houses but its the second one which is destroy 50 & 22 Satellite up-links does it mean the M-COM stations???
